Preparation

I have been busy tweaking our website at Contentment To Go and getting it ready for search engines. Because of that, I haven't taken the time to post to the blog. But I'm here now and want to let you know that the book is worth the $14.99 it costs. I know I'm a bit prejudiced, :>) but it really is worth it! I have suffered from clinical depression for most of my life, and the material in this book has been quite helpful to me. Plus, lots of work (for years) went into putting it all together and polishing it up, getting it ready for its debut (which happens April 14).
